How do I book a provider?
Browse the marketplace, open a provider's profile, and tap Book Now to send a request with your preferred date, time, and address.
When am I charged?
Payment is held in our escrow wallet at booking time and released to the provider once the job is marked complete.
What if I need to cancel?
Contact your provider directly through the in-app chat. Cancellation policies vary by provider.
How do I become a provider?
Sign up for a provider account and complete KYC verification. We'll review and approve within 48 hours.
